Collective kitchen in France

At the Villages des Jeunes, our local French hub in the Alps, “Collective Cooking” was held, a training course aimed at the staff of the integration programs, in collaboration with “Du beurre dans les épinards” (Butter in spinach).

Ecological and local cuisine, discovery of Afghan, Malian and Syrian specialties, intercultural exchanges: a joyful and moving training course that also allowed participants to reflect on the act of eating and its environmental footprint.
