Strengthening skills
INVOLVE is also a champion of training. Participants in its courses include residents of project communities, local administrative representatives and migrants. The training covers several main thematic areas including the complex issue of migration and planning social inclusion and development activities.
Training for local administrators
Local administrators participate in international training and study visits in the project’s pilot locations to improve their knowledge of regulatory frameworks and social inclusion practices. The aim of these training activities is to create an additional tool for promoting and implementing increasingly effective local territorial development policies regarding migrant integration.
Citizen training
Local Community Hub facilitators have the opportunity to expand their knowledge by comparing experiences and training with persons from other project pilot locations. Citizens from third countries and Europe participating in these activities can share a wealth of new ideas, experiences and skills relevant to their shared local communities.
