At the Antico Convento in Ragusa Ibla yesterday there was the first meeting between Chefs Claudio Rita, Carmelo Floridia and Giovanni Galesi and some of the boys who will take part in the Cooking course. Like all the first times, it was a cognitive meeting, for the”hands in the dough” the appointment is for February 12th  with Valerio Mallia “Alla Trinità” in Modica.
